The location was perfect, with excellent restaurants and the old town within walking distance. The interior of the hotel was modern and spacious, with comfortable beds and seating. The bathroom was outstanding. Despite a couple of minor inconveniences, the overall experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel for a clean and comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel for its excellent location and quality rooms.

The suite was amazing, with two separate sections for sitting and sleeping. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring. The staff at the reception were professional, friendly, and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

The staff was welcoming and accommodating, providing us with extra towels and pillows when needed. The free Wi-fi in the rooms was a great feature, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the nearby restaurants, which were always busy and had friendly staff.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't particularly like. there was no room service available, which was a bit inconvenient.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in a city center. The location was absolutely perfect, as it was close to basically everything you might wish to visit in this city. It was so convenient to attractions like the Christmas markets and the Hohensalzburg Fortress funicular. The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and friendly, allowing me to check in early and check out late. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and very convenient.

The rooms were a good size and clean, with comfortable beds. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk to many restaurants and cafes, and five minutes from the historic old town. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our needs.

The hotel could be a bit warm and it was difficult to adjust the temperature to our liking for sleeping. The breakfast was a bit limited and expensive, especially for those with dietary restrictions.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with plenty of dining options and sights within walking distance, like the bridge to cross over the river and visit Christmas markets. The warm and tidy rooms with mini-fridges are convenient for a short stay. Some guests have found the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel lacks some basic amenities like coffee/tea making facilities in the room, and the air-conditioning system has been reported as ineffective.

We loved the Italian restaurant below the hotel, the food was fantastic and reasonably priced. The location was perfect for exploring Salzburg, just a short walk from Mirabell Platz and the Old Town. Our room was modern, clean and comfortable, with excellent amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms, although lacking in character, are clean and well-equipped, with a lovely bathroom and even views of the Alps. The facilities are great and the breakfast, although not included in the rate, offers great value for money.
