Value for money - The Guesthouse provided great value for the price, with a stylish and comfortable room overlooking the opera house. Perfect location - The hotel's location was superb, with easy access to museums, galleries, and major attractions like the State Opera House and St. Stephen's Cathedral. Attentive staff - The staff at The Guesthouse were exceptionally helpful and service-focused, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could be improved by offering a more diverse menu with international options like gourmet burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas.

The Guesthouse Vienna was a wonderful place for our stay. The staff was great, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location was very convenient, right in the center of the main attractions. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the high standard restaurant. The transportation options were easily accessible. Not to mention the lovely little bakery on the corner with great coffee.

Free wine and beverages upon arrival were a nice touch, especially during the Christmas season. The hotel's location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city and close to all the Christmas markets and attractions.- The recommended restaurants and tours provided by the concierge were top-notch and enhanced our stay.

The lack of privacy in the bathroom with glass doors was a bit uncomfortable, especially when traveling with family or friends. The rooms were not ready on time for check-in, and there was no apology or assistance offered.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the location in front of the Albertina Museum and Opera House. The duplex upper floor suite had stunning views. The food was a top-notch gourmet Viennese experience. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful.

We were blown away by the modern and comfortable room at The Guesthouse. The layout was excellent, and the beds were incredibly cozy. The coffee and wine provided in the room were a lovely touch. The location was perfect, right near the Albertina. The attached café was great for breakfast, and there were many other coffeehouses in the area as well. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this boutique hotel in Vienna. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Vienna.

The shower area and sliding door made for an awkward situation if sharing a room with someone not your partner. The lack of ventilation in the toilet was also a drawback.
