We were celebrating our anniversary and decided to book a bigger room for our stay at Levante Parliament. Coming from a cramped boutique hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of our room. It was impeccably clean and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The bathroom was modern and spotless, with plenty of space. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly hospitable. The location is central and convenient. We had a fantastic stay and the staff even surprised us with birthday treats!

The hotel's style was a pleasure. the ambience was pleasant and the service from the reception and dining room staff was impeccable. the breakfast was varied and tasty, with a water carafe on the table and a water heater for tea/coffee. the location was great, with easy access to tram lines and the U-bahn/subway. the air-conditioning was a plus, especially after switching from another hotel that lacked it. the coffee in the lobby in the morning was very good and added to the experience.

The bathroom lighting made it difficult for proper makeup application and there was only one bedside night table for a couple's bed. It would have been nice if the staff stocked American to Austrian converter plugs, as it would have been convenient for international travelers.

Close to metro, clean, great location for Christmas market, good breakfast, helpful receptionists.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to the main city hall and within walking distance of most key tourist attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms, although small, were well-equipped and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the shower was great. Despite the high prices in this city, this hotel provided good value for money.

During my extended business stay, I found the location of this hotel to be ideal, with wonderful parks and Christmas markets in the city centre a short tram ride away. The staff provided excellent guidance on attractions and dining, making my stay more enjoyable. The room and bathroom were modern and clean, providing all necessary amenities. The breakfast was high quality with excellent service and a variety of options. The hotel's sauna and walk-in shower were a few of the standout features, elevating my experience.

The housekeeping service could be improved with more attention to the replenishment of toiletries and towels.

I had a fantastic stay at Levante Parliament A Design Hotel. the location was superb, with easy access to the metro and popular attractions like Rathaus and Volksgarten. the spacious Superior Single Room was well-equipped with a comfortable double bed, separate bathroom, and shower. I appreciated the array of amenities provided, from toiletries and a hairdryer to a minibar and safe. the staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to the friendly Polish woman at the reception. I also liked the option of using the gym and sauna facilities. a great experience.

We loved this place! The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, as it was only a short walk away from most of the tourist attractions and had lots of great shops and restaurants nearby in the museum quarter. The service was exceptional, with room service available 24/7 and staff who were always willing to help with whatever we needed. Additionally, the rooms were very comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, free Wi-Fi, and soundproof walls making for an even more enjoyable stay.

I stayed at Levante Parliament A Design Hotel for my trip to Vienna. The hotel was comfortable, and the staff was efficient. The internet was excellent, which was a pleasant surprise. The Junior Suite I booked was worth the money, comparable to Hilton/Marriott. The location was perfect, with attractions within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was good, with the option to order custom eggs. The timing was flexible, allowing breakfast until 11 am on weekends. There were also great shopping streets and restaurants nearby.

Great location, near public transportation and popular attractions. Breakfast had many options, including custom made dishes. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, assisting with dinner reservations. Comfortable rooms with good water pressure in shower. Complimentary Christmas treats a nice touch.

We enjoyed the free breakfast and Wi-Fi that the hotel provided. the location was perfect as it was just a few steps away from some great restaurants and bars. we loved being able to walk around and explore all the nearby attractions without having to take a taxi.

the staff was not very friendly and seemed disinterested in helping us. we would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of comfort and poor customer service.
