The staff were extremely helpful. The food was superb. The spa is fantastic. The gym is great. Parking is easy and free. The whole place is very well organized. Comfortable ambiance. Alpine family feel.

I recently stayed at a luxurious 4-star hotel in the Austrian Alps. This place provided enhanced comfort and quality services that made my stay truly enjoyable. The location of this hotel was fantastic, just across the street from the ski lifts and right in the heart of the village.

All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Friendly staff, helpful and accommodating. Good food selection, varied and with regular changes. Nice room with scenic view and well-equipped. Impressive spa facilities including indoor and outdoor pools. Minor issue with room change, but overall a relaxing place to stay.

Great mountain view from balcony and comfortable bed. Rooms were clean, and amenities were in order. Good breakfast served with fresh juice and croissants. The location was perfect for visiting the city, and there were many restaurants and shops around.

The staff was not friendly, and they were not helpful when we asked for directions to a popular tourist spot. The room was noisy, and we could hear people talking in the hallway at night.
