One lift was consistently out-of-order which caused inconvenience for guests.

The hotel's restaurant was delicious and the fitness room was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and had a well-lit bathroom. The hotel was in a great location close to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area.

There was only one person working at check-in and there was a long queue. the internet was slow and did not work well in the whole room, which was frustrating.
