The best part of our Christmas stay at this hotel was the excellent location. It was right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient for sightseeing and exploring. We were able to walk to all the main cultural institutions, museums, and parks. the hotel was just a stone's throw away from the main shopping street and the bustling nightlife at the museum quarter. It was so easy to get around thanks to the nearby trams and metro stations.

The only downside during our stay was the weak WiFi connection, especially on the third floor. breakfast at the hotel was quite expensive, and we found it to be lacking in variety and options.

The location was great! We were right in the center of the city, with a metro station near the hotel. It was perfect for us as bike riders, as we could easily explore the city and its attractions. The hotel also had good bathroom facilities and wifi, which were always important for us during our travels. we had a pleasant experience at Hotel Gilbert.

During our stay, we had an amazing time due to the hotel's convenient location. It was close to the Christmas markets and nearby restaurants. We could quickly get to the metro station at a medium pace. Besides, the trendy side of the city was just a few steps away, and we could quickly arrive at the city center. The room and bathroom were spacious and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast served each morning was delicious.

The room furniture was outdated and could use some refurbishment.

Location was terrific, right behind the MuseumQuartier with easy access to Hofburg and museums. Loved the free soft drinks and coffee all day long in the lobby. Room was clean and comfortable despite a few minor issues. a decent stay at Hotel Gilbert.

I had a wonderful stay at Gilbert. the hotel's location is perfect, close to central museums and the metro station. the staff was very friendly and helpful. My single room, although small, had everything I needed and was quiet. the bathroom was clean and warm. the hotel also had stable Wi-Fi connection. the breakfast buffet had a wide choice and the food was fresh and tasty.

They even reached out to let us know that we had forgotten an item in the room and offered to return it to us. The room was thoughtfully prepared with personal notes and the mini bar was available to us during the holidays, which added a warm touch to our stay. The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is centrally located close to the city center, museums, and the main shopping street. It was also wonderful to discover all the charming local shops and cafes in the surrounding area.

We had a great stay here. The location was convenient, being near the metro station, and there were plenty of public transport options available. The cleanliness and quality of the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities, were impressive. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the shuttle service made getting back to the airport easy.

gilbert hotel was a pleasant surprise, exceeding expectations from my previous vienna visit. loved the central location, near metro and stunning architecture. breakfast was nice, but no frills. the vienna waffle and coffee/tea station were lovely touches. windows that actually open fully were a rare find. great value for the price.
