Had an amazing Christmas holiday in Austria. The hotel had beautiful views from every direction and was just a short drive away from Gosausee and Hallstatt. The staff at the hotel were excellent, especially the gentleman at reception who greeted us warmly. We enjoyed the good breakfast and appreciated the indoor pool and wellness area.

There were a couple of drawbacks to our stay. The restaurant food was not good, and the bar tender seemed inexperienced and often mixed up our orders.

The value for money at Vitalhotel was exceptional, with spacious rooms and great amenities. The location was perfect, offering beautiful views of the mountains, and the staff treated us with utmost friendliness and helpfulness.

The hotel breakfast menu could have offered more variety.

Fantastic location, calming atmosphere, clean and comfortable rooms, picturesque surroundings, warm and comforting interior, friendly and helpful staff.
