The location of the hotel is excellent, just across the avenue from the Metepec mall. This means that you have easy access to a variety of restaurants and shopping options. Additionally, if you need to sleep during daylight hours, the window in the room has a door that can be closed, making it really dark and perfect for a restful sleep.

There is a bar or something new next to the hotel at the shopping mall/plaza, and the music can be loud, affecting the quality of sleep for some guests.

I stayed at the HIE Metepec and was pleased with the clean room and good breakfast options. The location, right across from a mall with restaurants, was convenient. The internet connection was strong, although the lighting in the room could have been better. The staff promptly helped with parking. I would recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the free breakfast and the comfortable bed. the hotel is in a convenient area with plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby. the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There seemed to be a disturbance coming from a nearby establishment that played loud music until the early hours of the morning. the walls between rooms were thin, and I could hear conversations and noises from neighboring rooms.
