We were impressed with this luxurious hotel. The location in the calm countryside surroundings was perfect for relaxing. The hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The four huge pools with warm thermal and sea water were a highlight, along with the many other bath/sauna/spa facilities. The staff went out of their way to help us, despite a language barrier. The rooms and spa areas were spotlessly clean. The food at the buffet was delicious.

We recommend this hotel to all.

Rooms need upgrade, super breakfast, fabulous dinner, phenomenal staff, very clean rooms and spa areas, nice Oriental spa experience.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleased with the beautiful and well-decorated lobby, and the amazing view of the snow-covered mountains from my room. the hotel’s location made it easy for me to explore the neighboring cities. Another aspect that I liked was the variety of food offered at the breakfast buffet.

The room smelled damp and musty, and the heating system was not functioning properly. the spa was overcrowded, and the staff was not accommodating to guests’ needs.
