Stayed here in mid-November and was pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy room. the staff was incredibly friendly and allowed us to check in early. the hotel is located right across from Westbahn, making it convenient for exploring the historic center of Vienna. There's also a shopping mall with plenty of dining options nearby. the breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was a great place to relax. a great stay and exceeded our expectations.

The hotel had a great location, close to a tube station and well connected to all the city's points of interest. This made it easy for us to explore the city during our stay.
