I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Durham for a leisure trip with my elderly grandma. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room had a stunning view and was impeccably clean. The interior of the hotel was beautiful, with everything looking brand new, despite being a few years old. The bar had great specials and the hotel was conveniently located near a mall with excellent restaurants. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is a great choice.

The hotel had great specials at the bar and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was easy and there were lots of restaurants nearby. Plus, the room had a great view and was impeccably clean.

The hotel felt a bit old-fashioned and outdated. the rooms didn't have closets or anywhere to hang clothes, and the bathroom lacked a fan.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It is close to the mall and has great restaurant options. Additionally, the staff at the hotel are nice and helpful. The lobby and rooms are clean, and the free breakfast is a nice touch.

The elevator in the hotel was not clean, with dirt and debris on the floor.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The lobby and breakfast area were very attractive and inviting. The amenities such as the indoor pool and gym with weights were a great addition. The room was comfortable and the shower was excellent. The location was ideal, as it was close to shopping and restaurants in Southpoint. Additionally, the staff was fantastic, especially Drew at the lobby grill/bar. He was very personable and helpful throughout our stay. this hotel provided a clean and comfortable experience with convenient facilities, parking, transportation, and a great location.

The location was perfect for us, just off the I-40 exit, and it was a 10-minute drive from my meeting site, which was exactly what I needed. The basic amenities provided were all in order, and I appreciated the presence of disinfectant in the lobby, which showed their attention to detail. All was fine, no improvements necessary.

We arrived late and were disappointed to find that our reserved room with two queen beds was switched to a room with a single king bed. However, the front desk staff quickly rectified the situation by accommodating us in two king rooms. They were efficient, understanding, and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

Although there were some initial issues with our reservation, the staff was quick to resolve them and make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

We also appreciated having a thermostat to control the AC, especially since it was scorching hot outside. The small fridge in the room was a great convenience. The staff at the front desk were fantastic and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The hotel had a nice indoor pool and a decent gym with weights. The location was great, close to a variety of shops and a wonderful mall with plenty of eating options.
