I had a most pleasant surprise during my recent stay at Van Der Valk Hotel. The room was clean, crisp, and modern, providing a comfortable and spacious space. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with a large bath and shower. The friendly and professional staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of choices and the option to make my own fried eggs or omelettes. The bar offered reasonable prices and the staff were knowledgeable about local beers and wines. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hidden gem of a hotel.

One minor drawback was that the room wasn't serviced until late in the afternoon, which meant I had to leave while housekeeping cleaned. Additionally, the WiFi was a bit unreliable, making it difficult to stream videos or work efficiently from my room at night.

The breakfast at Van Der Valk Hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of breads and a particularly delicious fresh omelette. the quality of the food was excellent, and there was plenty to choose from. the rooms were spacious, and I really liked the nice large bed. the hotel had a pleasant ambiance, and everything was clean and well-equipped. the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. it was a wonderful hotel in a perfect location for a reasonable price.

On a rainy day, it was a treat to return to the hotel and enjoy hot chocolate and tea. there was plenty of space to meet with local family. the hotel provided a great experience.

The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were excellent. We were impressed by the modern and well-equipped room, with a spacious bathroom that had a separate shower stall and bathtub. The location was ideal, close to the A28 motorway and both Leusden and Amersfoort. The staff were friendly and professional, providing helpful service throughout our stay.

The hotel is located in a central area, close to everything we wanted to see. We were able to easily explore the city center and visit nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a nice view of the lake. The bathroom was large and had a big counter. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing good service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including bacon, eggs, sausage, and fresh orange juice.

The bar service was lacking, as they ran out of gin and tonic on one of the nights.

Best aspects of the hotel: the location is very convenient if you are on a road trip to the Netherlands. the staff is friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. We stayed there during New Year's Eve and the decorations and atmosphere were great. we enjoyed the breakfast, which had a lot of options.

Worst aspects of the hotel: Unfortunately, the beds were too soft for our taste and the pillows were not very comfortable. the room lacked proper ventilation, making it stuffy at times.

Convenient location, spacious rooms with separate beds, modern and clean bathroom with both bath tub and separate shower. Good wifi and quiet atmosphere. Easy access to Amersfoort and covered parking for motorcycles.

We've stayed at this hotel before and it never disappoints. The staff in the updated restaurant are friendly and attentive. The onsite inside parking facility is convenient. The location of the hotel is the best part - it's perfect for our needs. The rooms are clean, large, and modern. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff were commendably friendly and helpful. a fab hotel that ticked all the boxes for us.
