We encountered cockroaches in our room, and despite informing the staff, they promised cleaning for the next day. An unexpected extra $50 charge for early check-in, contrary to initial assurance, added to our frustration. While the location is convenient, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations for a 4-star experience.

Rafik, the receptionist, truly made our stay memorable with his warm hospitality and support. the cozy room and friendly staff added to the charm, though we did find the location a bit of a walk from the main sights. a lovely stay!
