The view and location were great, surrounded by nature. The spa was modern and the massages were good. The staff, especially Seda, Said, and Hameeda, were excellent. The restaurant had a nice view and Taher provided great service.

Spent Christmas at a resort in the mountains. the view from the room was stunning as you could see the mountains covered in snow. the spa had great facilities, with a modern swimming pool and good massage rates. the staff was friendly and welcoming which made the experience nice.

The cleanliness of the restaurant and overall service left something to be desired. the plates were not clean and the soup was served cold.

The management and cleanliness of Deluxe Park Qusar Resort & Spa Hotel were exceptional. The staff, particularly Rashad, Asim, and Faig, were incredibly helpful and assisted us with transport arrangements. The atmosphere of the hotel was delightful, creating a pleasant stay. The food, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, was delicious and there were no additional charges for tea or sweets. The location provided a picturesque view and the mountain weather was perfect. The SPA and swimming pool were clean and beautiful, offering a great place to relax. The entertainment options, such as bowling and Play Station 4, were enjoyable for both children and adults.

There were some minor inconveniences such as loud music from the nightclub that disturbed our sleep, and a lack of air shafts in the bathroom. The rooms did not have individual air conditioning, only one AC unit in the hall.

The hotel lacks air conditioning in the rooms, which can make the summer months quite uncomfortable.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Qurban and Zaur. The facilities were superb, with a modern and clean spa, where we enjoyed rejuvenating massages. The location was perfect, with a huge garden and a stunning view of the mountain. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.
