The villa suite upgrade, quiet rooms, private jacuzzi pool, perfect location, easy walk to old town and night market, amazing eateries nearby.

Nothing it was perfect.

The location of the resort was fantastic, with just a short walk into the main area of Hoi An. We were able to easily explore the old town, night markets, and bridges, enjoying all the attractions this charming city had to offer. The resort itself had lovely decor, reflecting the artistic nature of Hoi An. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful balcony views. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast served at the resort was delicious, offering a variety of options to start our day.

There was a lack of soundproofing in our room, which allowed us to hear noises from neighboring rooms.

I recently stayed at Bel Marina Resort in Hoi An for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the town and situated on a quiet back street. The suite overlooking the pool was lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel facilities were great, including a clean and spacious room that was serviced daily. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering assistance with travel arrangements and recommendations. The breakfast offered a wide variety of Vietnamese and Western options, and the daily shuttle to An Bang Beach was a nice bonus. a fantastic stay with excellent amenities and a convenient location.

Enjoyed the complementary breakfast which was delicious and had many options to choose from. the location was convenient, near the attractions. Loved the fact that we could take a relaxing walk along the river.

The staff was quite noisy, slamming doors all night and dragging furniture. the restaurant for dinner was quite expensive and empty which made the experience feel dull.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the spacious room and comfortable bed. the room had two small verandas where we enjoyed relaxing and taking in the views. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the pool attendants and Mahuong Tram. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of a cake in our room for our 30th wedding anniversary.

One of the negatives was the lack of attention to maintenance and safety. We encountered broken tiles in the pool, which resulted in my fiancé cutting his foot.

We stayed at a beautiful resort in a quiet area but still within walking distance of the old town. The location was perfect for us as we enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of An Bang beach and the convenience of being close to the main attractions in Hoi An. The room was spacious with a large balcony that had stunning views of the gardens and river. The resort had a fantastic restaurant where we had delicious meals and a diverse menu. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent service and even teaching me how to cook Vietnamese omelettes. The facilities, including the pool area and free bike rentals, added to the overall experience.

Our bathroom lacked a shower and only had a bathtub.

From the moment I arrived at this hotel, I felt like royalty. the staff was welcoming, always friendly and eager to help with any request. the exclusive amenities were beyond luxurious! the Spa and wellness centre had me feeling completely relaxed after a body scrub and full, body massage. the outdoor swimming pool had the most beautiful sun terrace with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the garden area was well, kept, and the view of the river was breathtaking. the restaurant served a variety of special diet menus and every meal was delicious.

The only minor issue I had with the hotel was that the swimming pool was a little too warm for my liking. Despite the refreshing swim, up pool bar and the live entertainment that was frequently available, I found it hard to stay in the water for long periods of time.

Cooking class with Chef Loi was a favorite highlight. 12-night stay wasn't enough. 5-minute walk to old town. Lots to explore nearby. Wonderful and friendly staff. Can't wait to return. The gardens were well maintained and the quiet pool was a great alternative to the main pool.

We loved the hotel facilities, especially the large saltwater pool and the beautiful garden overlooking the river. The breakfast selection was also excellent, with plenty of choices to start our day. The staff were friendly and proactive in helping us out of the odd pickle, which we appreciated. The location was perfect, just outside the ancient town across the bridge, which made for a really nice short walk. Additionally, the hotel provided free bikes, which we used quite often due to the heat.
