Our stay was a delight! The rooftop pool offered stunning views, and the culinary highlight was the fresh omelet station at breakfast. The staff genuinely felt like family and brightened our days.

On the downside, the Wi-Fi was hit or miss in our room, which was frustrating. Additionally, the corridors could have used better air conditioning for a more comfortable stroll to the room.

Stunning pools, fantastic location near the old town, and exceptionally friendly staff made for a remarkable stay. The breakfast buffet was diverse and enjoyable. Loved the swim-up bar for cocktails!

Some amenities could use improvement. noise from others near the pool and limited restaurant occupancy. Some confusion around cleaning requests diminished the overall experience.

Could really use better soundproofing between rooms and from the road!!! Tours are marked up too steeply – nearly 40% more is excessive!!! And where’s the luxury for the premium price?

What a blissful escape! The stunning river views from the spacious rooms, along with the expansive pools, made it a perfect getaway. The friendly staff organized a delightful cooking class and the breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses. Just a 5-minute stroll to the vibrant old town added to the charm!

the transport from the airport was way overpriced, considering how everyone else does it for less? the gym was okay, but my dear, could use a bike and some motivational music to even be bearable. I half expected a complimentary upgrade, but alas, not even a gesture of goodwill was extended to someone like me.

Had a proper boss time! Lovely river views from the room and the pool area was wicked, especially the swim-up bar. Just a quick stroll to the old town, which was sound. Only downside was the spa needed more notice for massages, bit inconvenient, that.
