During our stay at Parallel Hotel, we had an exceptional experience that truly exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, showing a genuine care for their guests. The receptionist even offered us her own public transportation card to make it easier for us to get around the city. Additionally, the hotel manager personally provided us with his phone number to assist in ordering shisha at a local café. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the chambermaid checked in with us to ensure our satisfaction with the cleanliness. The breakfast spread was amazing, offering a delicious variety of both Azerbaijani and European cuisine. We highly recommend this newly opened hotel for an enjoyable and memorable stay.

Although we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Parallel Hotel, there were a few minor drawbacks. The street noise occasionally made its way into our room, causing a bit of disturbance.

Had a great time during the Christmas holidays. the staff were very helpful and friendly. the complimentary airport shuttle and mall transfers were a huge plus and made our stay even more comfortable. the location was perfect, nearby market and urban facilities made our daily activities easy. the delicious breakfast made Christmas morning even more special and enjoyable.

We had to cut our stay short due to a personal emergency and requested a five-day extension, which was not possible. the hotel staff recommended another hotel, which turned out to have poor management and unethical practices.

The staff truly cares about guest satisfaction, offering assistance and personal transportation cards. The room was super clean and the breakfast had a great variety of food. The location is convenient, with a market next door and a great restaurant nearby.

The room I stayed in was very comfortable with soundproofed walls, air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and even an electric kettle for tea and coffee. The hotel also had leisure facilities with a TV room and Wi-Fi.
