The staff were very hospitable and accommodating, which made our stay enjoyable. the room was spacious and comes with a separate walk-in closet. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom amenities were great. We also appreciated the coffee shop within the hotel, which was perfect for light meals.

The location of the hotel was not very convenient. It was quite a walk to the nearest convenience store and the train station, which could be a bit of a hassle for some.

The hotel is located a bit far from the main station, but still within walking distance. However, there is not much around the hotel itself, with the nearest convenience store being a bit of a distance away. Despite this, the hotel itself is a cute little place, very clean and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and superb quality mattresses, blankets, and pillows. The bathrooms are well-equipped with excellent amenities, and the staff is friendly and helpful. the hotel offers a smartphone for guests to use, which is a great added bonus.

The hotel's location may not be ideal for those who prefer a closer proximity to the main station or more convenience stores nearby.

The room at Banister was spacious and beautifully decorated. They provided us with a handy smartphone, which was a lifesaver for navigation. The bathroom was impressive, with a big bathtub and ample space. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, and the central location was a great advantage. Plus, the price was surprisingly affordable, especially during peak season in Kyoto. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.
