Despite the difficult circumstances, the staff at Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook showed incredible kindness and support. Nina, Carter, and the other front desk staff were always there for us, providing whatever we needed during our frequent and unpredictable visits. The facilities were impeccably clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the hotel is pet-friendly. This aspect of our otherwise sad and stressful week was made brighter by the caring and helpful staff at Hilton Garden Inn Richmond Innsbrook.

Additionally, there’s a lot of comfortable seating space in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the necessary facilities like towels and coffee.

The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to do close by. The food in the area was out of this world, and the staff at the Capitol Ale House was wonderful. The beds were super comfy, and the staff was friendly. The chef even made a smiley face pancake for my 9-year-old! Truly one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had.
