I recently stayed at a hotel in Mecca for my Umrah trip. The location of the hotel was exceptional, with easy access to the holy sites. The hotel staff, including Mr. Muhammad Shahid from housekeeping and Mr. Sohail from the limousine service, were incredibly courteous and helpful. The lifts were fast, and the overall stay was peaceful and pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location was incredible, being exactly near King Fahd Gate of the Holy Mosque. It made it so convenient for me to access the main restaurant and the train station in Makkah. Additionally, there was a mall nearby that had everything I needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very attentive and professional. The breakfast provided was amazing, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I had a fantastic experience.

The service at breakfast has improved tremendously. The turnaround time for requested items has improved greatly. The food is delicious and flavorful. The location is amazing, especially during Ramadhaan. Nearby restaurants and Bin Dawood add value for money. The staff is pleasant and accommodating.

Amazing room view of Masjid, delicious breakfast and great amenities. We requested an early check-in which couldn't be accommodated due to busyness, but we enjoyed the location and didn't mind waiting for the lifts despite some delays. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Our stay near the Harram sherif was incredible, with easy access to the masjid and an obstructed view of the kabbah. The room was clean, with an efficient bathroom and comfortable bed. The buffet breakfast was amazing with plenty of delicious options, and the elevators were never crowded. The staff provided excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience throughout our stay.

The best aspects of our stay were the excellent location and the cleanliness of the room. the hotel is conveniently close to the Haram, making it easy for us to visit multiple times a day. the room was spacious and well-maintained, providing us with a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel had multiple elevators, ensuring that we never had to wait long to go up and down the floors.

One of the worst aspects of our stay was the slow check-in process. We had to wait for a significant amount of time to be checked in, which was frustrating, especially on a busy day.

Loved our weekend stay! Breakfast was amazing, and the staff were so helpful. the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main gates. Plus, having a prayer area in the hotel was so convenient for my elderly parents. We also appreciated the complimentary Arabian coffee and dates - such a nice touch.

The lift was a bit slow and sometimes had to wait a while to get to our floor. There were also a few issues with the dining reservation system, but they were sorted out quickly by the reception team.
