i was almost tempted to give a good review, but the breakfast was lukewarm and the toast was horrible, very modest choices. also, the reception staff were about as attentive as a goldfish, check-in took forever. since i didn't receive my expected special treatment, i just couldn't overlook these issues, it was a real shame.

Request specific assistance for any maintenance issues right away. the staff is responsive and helpful if you contact them early.

This place is a right gem! Staff's dead friendly, breakfast was top-notch. Real handy to get into Atlantis, but the lack of a balcony in me room was a bit of a letdown. Still, I'd book again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed full access to Atlantis AQUAVENTURE with its amazing water slides, pools, and even the casino. The location is perfect for a quick trip to nearby Ocean Club Golf Course too. Make use of signing privileges at the restaurants and lounges for convenience.

However, I was really disappointed with the internet. It was almost non-functional during our stay, which was frustrating since we wanted to stay connected while enjoying our vacation.

The check-in process feels chaotic, especially with long waits and room mix-ups!!! The pool area lacks adequate space, making it cramped during peak times!!! Maintenance on outdated fixtures is sorely needed!!!

What a grand location, right near Atlantis and the beach! The staff were lovely, ever so helpful, but I did notice a bit of a moldy smell in me room—had to switch rooms, mind you. However, access to Atlantis was mighty!
