The restaurants on the property were excellent, and the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed. The staff, especially Janice at reception, were friendly and helpful. our experience at Baha Mar was fantastic!

The only downside was that occasionally we felt like we were getting too much care, if that's even possible! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and sometimes it felt overwhelming.

The hotel offers a wide variety of amenities, including a casino, spa, and outdoor swimming pool. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the on-site restaurants. this place exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

The only downside is that some of the restaurant staff are not friendly at all and may claim that there are no tables available, even when there clearly are if you don't have a reservation. However, the hotel staff can make the reservation for you and ensure a smooth dining experience.
