The hotel's large garden, filled with beautiful plants and flowers, created a stunning backdrop for photographers. The staff were professional, helpful, and focused on providing excellent customer service. We were able to relax and enjoy nature in this tranquil location, perfect for hiking and bird-watching. this place exceeded our expectations and provided a truly memorable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this place. The location was excellent, nestled deep in the wooded highlands. The serene and relaxed environment with plenty of surrounding trails was quite impressive. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful gardens and taking leisurely walks in the peaceful surroundings. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, they were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed.

I had an incredible time at a hidden gem surrounded by breathtaking nature. The hotel's extensive gardens and hiking trails provided the perfect setting for bird lovers like me. I was lucky to have Marvin as my bird guide, who took me to see Resplendent Quetzals and set up amazing photo opportunities. The restaurant served delicious dishes, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Best hotel we've stayed at in Costa Rica! Amazingly friendly staff and spacious, clean rooms with comfortable beds and pillows. the breakfast was outstanding with a great variety of options. the hotel's beautiful gardens were a pleasant addition to the overall ambiance.

The hotel could improve its hummingbird feeder setup. They seemed to be an afterthought and were not conducive to bird photography.

Located in a serene mountain valley, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery during our Easter getaway. This place is perfect for nature enthusiasts as there are several nature trails to explore. We particularly liked the fact that the cabins were self-contained with great amenities. we enjoyed the complementary breakfast and a-la-carte dinner which was reasonably priced.

The bad outweighed the good. the bed was terribly uncomfortable and the bedding material was of poor quality.

Excellent location in a serene environment with surrounding trails. The food and waiting staff were friendly and accommodating. The large garden attracted plenty of hummingbirds and we were lucky enough to spot two quetzal birds nearby. Our spacious room was comfortable and the breakfast buffet was satisfying. The private trails in the rainforest provided a full day of adventure. Despite a few drawbacks, we would recommend this beautiful and peaceful getaway. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and nature-filled stay.

The hotel's location in the Highlands of Costa Rica offers incredible surroundings and beautiful hiking paths. The individual chalets were delightful and very clean, with a fantastic view. The restaurant served excellent food, both à la carte and for the included breakfast. The staff was attentive and helpful.
