As low-budget travelers, we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities and amenities at this hidden oasis in Nassau. The colonial-style building with its antiques and lovely details took us back in time. The lush garden and pool provided a relaxing escape from the touristy hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly and the bar with the piano singer was a charming touch. a perfect location with plenty of space and a touch of 1930s nostalgia.

During my recent stay at Graycliff, I was impressed by the breathtaking hotel grounds. The lush, private and well-manicured gardens created a serene and beautiful environment. I also had the opportunity to witness the art of cigar rolling at the Cigar shop and enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff. I had a lovely time at Graycliff and would definitely recommend it.

The staff is incredibly helpful, providing a large umbrella during rain and alerting the taxi when ready to leave. The 18th-century mansion is beautifully decorated with great rooms. The property offers gardens, pools, and restaurants. The main restaurant has a fantastic wine list and a must-see wine cellar. The salon, with its unique atmosphere, hosts a jazz singer and offers excellent food. The hotel incorporates the culture of the island with a cigar factory and chocolate factory. Reception, room maids, and breakfast waiters are welcoming and efficient.

The food was good and there were some interesting activities offered. the location was great and easily accessible to many nearby attractions. the view from the room was breathtaking.

The staff was very slow and unresponsive. the room was very dirty and uncomfortable.

Our room was exquisite and featured luxurious amenities that exceeded our expectations. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace provided a perfect place to relax while attentive staff offered poolside snacks and drinks. the restaurant was top-notch featuring delectable meals and an intimate outdoor dining area that overlooked a stunning garden.

the live entertainment was somewhat limited, expanding on which would have delighted us even more.

We had a wonderful experience at a charming historic mansion. The location was perfect, with a Cigar shop just a short walk away where we were allowed to watch the cigars being hand made. The restaurant provided a cozy atmosphere and the food selection was great. The staff was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with a beautiful view. it was a fantastic experience.

The plumbing in the bathroom was in need of some attention, with the taps being a bit tricky to handle.

I stayed at Graycliff for a peaceful getaway and fell in love with its colonial charm. The photos don't do justice to the stunning antiques and beautiful details throughout the building. The lush garden and blue-bottomed pool are a refreshing escape from the touristy streets. It's a rare find where you can enjoy a handrolled cigar in the piano lounge with friends. The hotel preserves its 1700s materials, creating a magical experience. The rooms are quaint and the staff is amazing. The luxurious swimming pool is a sight to behold.
