As a frequent visitor to Mallorca, staying at La Residencia has always been a dream of mine. This year, I finally had the opportunity to do so, and I was not disappointed. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and special, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location of the hotel is ideal, with stunning views and easy access to local restaurants. The facilities and service were top-notch, with every detail taken care of. The food was exceptional, and the staff truly made us feel like valued guests. I can't wait to return to this amazing hotel.

The cleanliness of the property was exceptional, from the immaculate rooms to the well-kept gardens. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with multiple restaurants offering delicious food and a diverse wine list. The breakfast spread was delectable and offered a wide variety of options. Despite the hotel being fully booked, the staff managed to provide us with a quiet location and even upgraded our room.

Absolutely Spectacular!

I recently visited the Belmond in July as part of my honeymoon in Spain, and it was truly a breathtaking experience. The hotel is located in a picturesque mountain village above the ocean, surrounded by the stunning Tramuntana Mountains and Mediterranean sea. The views from the hotel are simply fantastic. The hotel grounds are beautifully landscaped with modern art, vibrant flowers, and olive trees, creating a charming atmosphere.

Beautiful views and wonderful staff. the hotel's location in the mountains provided stunning views of the Mediterranean. the staff were incredibly polite and always wanted to help with anything we needed. the pool facilities were excellent with a well-equipped gym and crystal-clear outdoor pools.

Expensive extras. Although the holiday was excellent, the cost of extra services seemed excessive.

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was clean, well-stocked, and really comfortable. The location was absolutely stunning, with amazing views of the mountains and coastline. The staff treated us like royalty, always attentive and friendly.

Words cannot express how satisfied we were with the hospitality of Belmond. The location was like in a fairytale, the food was delicious, and the staff was incredibly professional. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and the thoughtful gifts left by the bed were a nice touch.

Nestled high in the hills of the west coast of Mallorca, the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the surrounding Tramuntana mountains. The El Olivo restaurant offers an impeccable dining experience, with attentive staff like Daniele providing outstanding service during our stay. The room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning. We also appreciated the variety of facilities and advantages, like the spa treatments provided by Gemma and the exciting excursions led by Eduard and Aina.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay at this hotel with my partner. the location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the mountains and ocean. the hotel grounds were picturesque with beautiful flowers and olive trees. the staff at the hotel were outstanding, providing excellent service and attention to detail. the breakfast overlooking the pool and mountains was amazing, and the live music in the evenings added to the great ambiance. We also enjoyed the heated outdoor pools and well-equipped gym.

The price of certain items, such as coffee by the pool, was quite expensive considering the room rate. It would have been more reasonable to have complimentary coffee for guests.
