The service at Home2 Suites was absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and went out of their way to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The front desk team, especially Betty, was incredibly helpful and attentive. The breakfast area staff and all the service staff were friendly and always ready to assist us. Great size rooms, lovely staff. Great location to Music Row, about a 30 Min walk to Broadway, so nice and quiet when you want to get some sleep but still very accessible. Hotel offers shuttle service for short distances.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in the midtown area. The value for money was exceptional, as the prices were very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed, with a full fridge and kitchenette, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the location was conveniently situated near downtown, allowing for easy access to all parts of the city.

I found the sleeping accommodations to be comfortable and had no issues during my stay.

We loved the separate kitchen in our one bedroom two queen suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included parking and shuttle service were huge bonuses. The breakfast and availability of coffee were great.

I recently stayed at a hotel on Music Row and had a fantastic experience. The central location was perfect, with all the downtown attractions just a short distance away. The suite I stayed in was spacious, with a fully-equipped kitchenette. The hotel offered a free shuttle service within a 3-mile radius, which was incredibly convenient. The water pressure and temperature in the shower were great, and the staff was exceptional, particularly Jamal who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was tasty and the sheets were the softest I've ever slept on. it was a wonderful stay.

I stayed at Home2 Suites for one night before my daughter's surgery. The location was excellent, with a premier restaurant and popular bars right across the street. We were also within walking distance of other eateries and attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. The room layout was cleverly designed to make the most of the space. I appreciated the convenience of a nearby convenience store and the free breakfast and shuttle service. I would definitely stay here again if I'm in town.

We stayed here for a concert and it was great. The location was perfect for us; it was close to downtown and other areas in the city. The staff was very accommodating, and even gave us a room with two queen beds instead of a queen bed and sleeper sofa. The breakfast was good, and we appreciated that it was available for an extended period. The room was very clean, and had everything we needed, including ironing facilities, a sitting area, and a terrace.

The cleanliness of the rooms left something to be desired. I experienced issues with dirty towels, a stained comforter, and used soap.

The location is great, near lots of restaurants and shops. the free shuttle service is also very convenient. Two complementary facts they offered were a bottle of water and a chocolate chip cookie.

The room was not very clean, the bathroom had mold and the shower was dirty. the towels were stained and old.
