We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is conveniently located in a pretty distant area with easy access to the city center. The service was excellent, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a sitting area. We enjoyed using the leisure facilities, including the sauna, swimming pool, and steam room. The staff were friendly and provided good service, especially Mr. Raed and Heena.

The only downside we experienced was that some of the reception staff need to improve their handling of situations. However, we would still highly recommend this venue to families.

The room was spacious for a family of 5. Kitchen had microwave & gas stove. Bathroom had bathtub, perfect for kids. Staff was accommodating. Corner room had breathtaking view.

The staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with an upgrade at check-in and ensuring our stay was comfortable. The suite we stayed in was clean and spacious, and the hotel's location near the city center and major malls was a major convenience. Plus, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, with attentive waiters who made delicious omelets to order. a great find!

Loved this hotel for my romantic escape. the room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. the staff was friendly and always helpful. Loved the complementary bottle of wine waiting for us in the room and the delicious chocolates left on our pillows each night. Also loved the location, just steps away from great shopping and restaurants.

Disliked the noise level at night. the room was right above a busy street and we could hear the traffic all night.
