The service level was excellent as always. Early check-in was helpful for my meetings. The staff were friendly and greeted me every time. Adequate mineral water provided for making baby milk. Comfortable baby cot available. The breakfast was awesome and filling. The handyphone with free local calls and 4G internet was a bonus.

The hotel is located on the riverbank, providing a scenic and relaxing atmosphere. It is situated in a great area, close to Chinatown, offering easy access to various attractions. The rooms are super clean, with comfortable beds and a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers. The staff is helpful and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy complimentary breakfast, tea time, and evening cocktails, along with a phone that provides free internet throughout the day.

Some minor issues were reported, such as missing utensils and forgotten orders, which can be improved.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service were the highlights of my stay at this hotel. I was able to enjoy a relaxing swim in the outdoor pool and lounge on comfortable sun loungers. The room had exclusive advantages such as a spacious TV room and private facilities. The restaurant provided a delicious continental breakfast with special diet menus available.

The only minor issue during my stay was the limited location advantages. While the hotel was situated in a nice area with plenty of Western and Japanese restaurants, there were not enough local choices available.

The complimentary drinks and snacks were a nice touch, and the hotel's location was very convenient for exploring the city. the room had a great view of the skyline and the bed was comfortable.

The room was very small and there were fake plants everywhere which made it feel cheap.

Had a great stay at Intercontinental! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the concierge. The room was modern and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. I loved the convenient location, right in the heart of Robertson Quay with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I was able to take a picturesque stroll to Clarke Quay as well. Will definitely be returning!

I had an excellent stay at the Intercontinental in Singapore. The staff was really friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room had a wonderful view and the bed was super comfy. The breakfast, although not many options, was really good. I also appreciated the efficient and polite service of the staff, especially when I arrived early and they were able to give me access to my room ahead of check-in time. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
