The staff were welcoming and friendly, making us feel at home during our stay. The gym was outstanding, spacious, and well-maintained. The brand new furnished apartment was perfect for our family. We stayed at this hotel in the center of Juffair and were pleased with its location. The rooms were a great size and the bathrooms were lovely, as described in other reviews. The staff were polite during the check-in process, but we had an issue with housekeeping - the room was only cleaned once during our stay. Nevertheless, the high standards of cleanliness and new equipment in the rooms were appreciated.

The lack of on-site restaurant for dining was a real disappointment.

We had a lovely romantic weekend getaway at this hotel. the staff were fantastic and very helpful. We were thoroughly impressed with the two complimentary cocktails offered upon arrival. the location was perfect for exploring the area, with many shops and restaurants nearby. One of the best aspects of this hotel was the rooftop pool - it offered stunning views of the city and was very relaxing.

there was an issue with the hot water in our shower - we were told that the heater was not working. However, despite these small issues, we still enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others.
