I had an amazing stay at Crowne Plaza in Gulshan. The location was perfect for my business dealings in the city. The spacious room was clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed. The comfortable bed provided a restful sleep, and the variety of pillows was a nice touch. The buffet restaurant offered a delicious spread for breakfast and dinner, catering to all tastes. The friendly and helpful staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Gulshan 2, making it easy to access all the popular tourist destinations. The rooms and bathrooms are well-appointed, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff provides outstanding service, making guests feel welcome and ensuring a hassle-free experience. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of delicious options, including both local and international cuisine. Additionally, the hotel provides excellent facilities, such as a gym with a friendly and helpful team.

Some other aspects of the hotel could use improvement.

During my Thanksgiving stay in this hotel, I was impressed by the welcoming and friendly staff members. the complimentary breakfast and shuttle service to the airport were a great addition to the experience, especially when taking into consideration the convenient location of the hotel close to many local attractions. the clean and cozy rooms were an advantage as they provided a peaceful and relaxing environment.

The only downside of the hotel was the noise level in the rooms which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bathroom amenities felt a bit outdated and in need of an upgrade.

the exclusive amenities provided exceeded my expectations. the rooftop pool and sun terrace provided majestic views of the city skyline, while the heated swimming pool and sun loungers added to my comfort. the room was cozy and had exclusive advantages such as a private bathroom and leisure/TV room. the restaurant had diverse menus for special diets, and the staff provided impeccable service and packed lunches for my long excursions.

The location was very central, allowing me to visit various tourist spots with ease. Cons: there was only one minor issue, where the outdoor swimming pool had limited beach umbrellas and pool with view options.

We had a fantastic stay at the Crowne Plaza in Dhaka. the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever experienced, and the air quality in the hotel was excellent, especially considering the busy and polluted city it's located in. It was incredibly quiet, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful and undisturbed stay. the room service and assistance were readily available, and we particularly enjoyed starting our mornings with a swim in the rooftop heated pool. the suites were located just off the main street, ensuring that noise was never an issue. the staff were lovely and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. the room itself was amazing, with a comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, and separate living room. the inclusion of the tower building for breakfast, pool, and gym facilities was a nice touch. We will definitely be returning!
