The grounds are simply gorgeous, and the separate Lake House is such a cozy hideaway! Enjoyed the wonderful sitting room and a sneaky discovery of a ‘TV in disguise’—who knew art could be so entertaining?

However, the stay had a Fawlty Towers vibe, especially with the sliding doors in the bathroom playing hard-to-get. The breakfast situation was a bit of a 'one egg' mystery.

What a mighty spot! The views are breathtaking, and the cozy library with vinyl records is just grand. However, no mini fridge was a downside. The breakfast was the highlight—fresh and filling. Can’t wait to go back and explore more.

The room was super cozy! We stayed in The Lake House and it had a comfy bed and a lovely bathroom with a huge shower. Nice touches like large bath amenities made it feel sorta fancy. The decor was high-end but not stuffy. Also, the views of the lake from the room were just beautiful. Definitely a great spot for relaxing! Just a heads up, it was a bit of a drive from the manor house, but not a big deal at all.

liss ard estate was a fantastic place to unwind. the location is perfect, just steps away from magnificent art. our room, the lake house king, was lovely with a big comfy bed and spacious shower. i enjoyed a relaxing facial reflexology session that helped melt away stress.

We had an amazing stay with exceptional service. The food was phenomenal, particularly the venison for dinner. The private garden access was a lovely touch, but some paths were tricky to navigate.
