Special shoutout to Mahee at the front desk for being professional and kind. the Signature Cafe staff were top-notch, providing excellent service. the food was delicious, and the room service was quick and reasonably priced. We enjoyed the unique amenities like the arcade, shisha lounge, and movie theatre. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was remarkable, and the gift shops added a nice touch to our experience.

it would be great to have more non-spicy options on the menu, especially for families with children or foreign guests.

Finally, the spa and swimming pool were not functional during our stay and we were charged extra fees to use certain facilities like the steam room and sauna, which we found unnecessary.

the exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre, swimming pool and beauty treatments were exceptional. the service provided was excellent and the staff were always welcoming and professional. We particularly enjoyed the full body massages and the beauty treatments available at the spa lounge. the restaurant had delicious food, with special diet menus available on request. the rooftop pool was spectacular, with stunning views of the city and comfortable sun loungers. the location was perfect, close to the airport and with easy access to attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was that snacks and drinks from outside were not allowed, and ordering room service was a bit overpriced. the poolside snack bar provided a good alternative.
