The hotel had a great location near the airport, which was convenient for business travelers. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with comfy beds and hot showers that provided relief after a long day. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help. The restaurants offered a variety of delicious meals that even picky eaters would approve of. the hotel had useful facilities such as a swimming pool and steam room.

The hotel allowed smoking in non-smoking rooms with only a small fine.

Our stay at this hotel was very luxurious and fulfilled all our needs. The exclusive amenities, such as the spa and wellness centre, swimming pool and beauty treatments were exceptional. The service provided was excellent and the staff were always welcoming and professional. We particularly enjoyed the full body massages and the beauty treatments available at the spa lounge. The restaurant had delicious food, with special diet menus available on request. The rooftop pool was spectacular, with stunning views of the city and comfortable sun loungers. The location was perfect, close to the airport and with easy access to attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was that snacks and drinks from outside were not allowed, and ordering room service was a bit overpriced. However, the poolside snack bar provided a good alternative.

Mahee at the front desk was especially professional and friendly. The restaurants had delicious food and eager-to-please staff. The location was convenient, and the pick-up and drop-off service from the airport was reliable. The rooms were clean, cozy, and the beds were spacious and comfortable. Shower products and towels were provided.
