The location of the hotel is unbeatable, with easy access to the business centre located at the Lobby Level. The renovation in the restaurant has given it a fresh and modern look. The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for my business meetings nearby. The room was spacious and well-furnished, and the staff was always polite and helpful. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which offered a good variety of options.

The Wi-Fi service was also slow and unreliable, making it difficult to work from my room. while the location and room were good, the extra expenses and poor Wi-Fi service made my stay less enjoyable.

On top of the luxury amenities, the hotel’s restaurant offered an extensive menu with delicious options for dinner, which cater to special diets. The waiter was attentive and accommodating, making our dining experience even better. Private facilities were available if needed, ensuring the level of exclusivity lived up to our expectations.

The only drawback that I encountered during the stay was the lack of entertainment facilities. While the leisure/TV room was well equipped, the absence of live entertainment left us unengaged and searching for alternative activities during the evenings.

We had an amazing dining experience at Westin Dhaka. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the fish items and prawn tempura. And let's not forget the mouthwatering roshmalai for dessert. The service was top-notch, with welcoming and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel for a great culinary experience.
