The hotel is in a great location, close to a small but private beach. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning sea views. The facilities were top-notch and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the service provided by the waiters, who brought drinks and refreshing treats to the beach and poolside. a fantastic experience.

The location of the spa side of the hotel, for adults only, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The attentive staff knew our names and made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. It was fab to have watersports included, with a swimming area specifically designated for safety. Chef Oliver cooked the most amazing Cou Cou and Fish for me, showcasing the talent of the culinary team.

Limited late-night food options.

I had an amazing stay at Waves Hotel And Spa By Elegant Hotels. the food, staff, and beach were top-notch. Special shoutout to Tamika, Jennifer, and Kelly-Ann! Unfortunately, half the hotel was closed for renovations without notice. a great experience with a few hiccups. Can't wait to return!

The rooms at Waves Hotel And Spa were absolutely stunning, with two floors and a breathtaking sunset view. Every comfort we could ask for was provided, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had the opportunity to join a Caribbean food cooking demo, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service truly made us feel special.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the database was very user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. the room on the spa side of the hotel, which was adults only, was a great choice. It was located upstairs, providing more privacy, and the amenities were wonderful and maintained to a very high standard.

The Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak at times, which made it slightly inconvenient when trying to connect multiple devices.

We had a wonderful stay at Waves Hotel and Spa. The food was excellent for an all-inclusive and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The beach was well maintained and offered a variety of water sports. The rooms were comfortable and in good condition. We also enjoyed the option to use the water taxi to visit the other Elegant hotels and access their facilities. And, of course, my wife loved the spa!

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the St James area on the west coast was absolutely perfect. Being right on the beach with umbrellas made it so convenient to soak up the sun and enjoy the pristine turquoise waters. The staff from cleaners to managers were wonderful and always went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The customer service here is exceptional, and the staff are very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean.
