I recently stayed at Waves Hotel And Spa for a relaxing beach getaway. The staff were the standout feature - incredibly friendly and always willing to assist. The hotel is in a great location, close to a small but private beach. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning sea views. The facilities were top-notch and the food was delicious. I especially enjoyed the service provided by the waiters, who brought drinks and refreshing treats to the beach and poolside. a fantastic experience.

The location of the spa side of the hotel, for adults only, provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom. The attentive staff knew our names and made us feel at home. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. It was fab to have watersports included, with a swimming area specifically designated for safety. Chef Oliver cooked the most amazing Cou Cou and Fish for me, showcasing the talent of the culinary team.

Limited late-night food options.

Every comfort we could ask for was provided, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We had the opportunity to join a Caribbean food cooking demo, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to providing excellent service truly made us feel special.

I had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the St James area on the west coast was absolutely perfect. Being right on the beach with umbrellas made it so convenient to soak up the sun and enjoy the pristine turquoise waters. The staff from cleaners to managers were wonderful and always went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The customer service here is exceptional, and the staff are very attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. The room was spacious and clean, with a breathtaking view of the beach and ocean.
