The location was good, a distance from the boat port but manageable. a charming and clean hotel with convenient amenities and a great staff. We had a really nice stay.

The hotel was within walking distance of a big grocery store and a rental shop for golf carts, which was very convenient. the breakfast was a classic continental style and the hot coffee was good. I appreciated the fact that the Avalon Trolley stopped right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around.
