our celebrating anniversary stay at this hotel in Brussels was amazing. the friendly staff, beautiful lobby, and great location near the train station exceeded our expectations. the separate toilet and comfortable room with a coffee machine were perfect for our stay.

Sauna was broken.

The hotel was sparkling clean and modern, with friendly staff. the pool and spa area were great to unwind after a long day of city exploring. the location was in a nice quiet area but still within a short walking distance to the main attractions. the complimentary coffee, tea and water in the lobby was a nice touch.

The breakfast was expensive and the options were limited. the parking was also quite pricey and there was no on-site parking available.

Friendly and Helpful Staff

The staff at 9Hotel Sablon were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We were greeted with warm smiles and they were always ready to assist us with any queries or requests. One particular staff member, Vasilis, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and personalized. I would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent and attentive service.

We stayed at a hotel in a great area, very close to the center and surrounded by landmarks. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely shower and comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly friendly and made our check-in and check-out process seamless. The breakfast had a variety of hot and cold options, and the lobby was beautifully decorated. The free hot drinks available 24/7 were a nice touch, especially in the morning. We also enjoyed the pool, which was a relaxing way to end our sightseeing days.

One small downside was that the rooms could use a few updates, such as the flooring.

There are plenty of landmarks around, making it easy to explore and soak in the culture. The service was impeccable, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping available. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was well-equipped with all the amenities I could need, including an ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely sitting area and dressing area, adding to the overall comfort. The in-room safe and air conditioning ensured that I felt secure and cool throughout my stay.

I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The staff did their best to ensure a pleasant stay and offered excellent customer service.

The location was mind-blowing, just a short walk from the main attractions. The small pool and sauna were super relaxing. The staff was incredibly helpful and the free coffee in the lobby all day was a nice touch. The recently renovated rooms were spotless and the big modern bathroom was jaw-dropping. The comfortable bed and linens made for a great night's sleep. a super satisfying stay!
