I had a wonderful stay at Huis 't Schaep in Bruges. The Rubens suite was absolutely beautiful and spacious, with a comfortable sofa to relax on. The antique furniture and the spacious room were great. the breakfast was also enjoyable; the host suggested some tasty eggs and the fresh fruit was a good start to the day. the location was very convenient for getting around town.

The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. There were stains on the bedding and the bathroom had not been cleaned properly.

Had a great stay here last weekend! We booked late so the price was a bit high, but that's our own fault I suppose so that's why I'll still give it a 10/10. Everything else was wonderful, big rooms with nice amenities and comfy beds. The house is like a museum with something to look at in every corner, and Michael made us feel right at home and gave us very welcome advice on things to see and where to eat. Very tasty and freshly cooked breakfast in the morning with yogurts, rolls, croissants, eggs, and smoked salmon. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again if we're ever back.
