I had a great stay here! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything. I loved being able to step outside and see the stunning cathedral and bustling marketplace. The service from the staff was top-notch, they were always available and ready to assist me. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I particularly enjoyed the terrace and garden furniture, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The welcome drink was a nice touch as well. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Value for money was excellent, with a lovely room and plenty of space. The location was perfect, right in the center and steps away from the main attractions. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping to pub staff, were all wonderful and made our stay excellent.

We had an excellent stay at The Crown At Wells, Somerset. The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the market square and the cathedral gate. The traditional feel and appearance of the coaching house added to the charm of our room, which was clean and beautiful with its wooden beams. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a full English cooked to order and a variety of other options. The friendly and attentive staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its value, service, and ambiance.

The hotel has some good features like the complementary earplugs offered in the rooms which were much needed as the noise was unbearable. the location couldn't be beaten for convenience with all the main attractions and restaurants just a stone's throw away, which was fantastic. the hotel provided very good quality towels to their guests which was a positive aspect.

The hotel is an old building and it shows. the walls are too thin and the noise from outside was just too much to bear.

The hotel is close to all the shops, making it convenient for shopping. The room was comfortable, retaining the charming character of a historic inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The breakfast area was pleasant and the food was average.

The noise from the nearby pub and courtyard can be disturbing at night.
