Great tram links made exploring the city a breeze. The outdoor cafe area was perfect for relaxing with a drink. Our premier room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the gastro bar offered tasty evening options. Plus, the area felt safe and residential, ideal for families.

Limited TV channels failed to provide adequate entertainment during downtime!!! The elevator access was frustratingly slow and small!!! It’s worth improving the overall cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms!!!

During my stay, I found the room service timing inconsistent, which was frustrating. The shower head was annoyingly low, making it inconvenient for taller guests like myself. Additionally, the corridor on my floor had a persistent unpleasant odor that detracted from the overall experience.

the heat was not working on the first night, how charming. Also, the toilet seat looked like it belonged in a horror movie, not in a hotel. I even expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but alas, that was just wishful thinking. Almost gave a good review, but simply couldn’t with these issues.

Just a prime choice for spending the night in Brussels with good price value. The staff went above and beyond by providing us with extra toiletries when we forgot ours at home. If you need a quick and budget-friendly stay, this place delivers.
