I recently stayed at Hotel El Ejecutivo By Reforma Avenue for a week-long business trip. The location was perfect, right on Reforma avenue, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great amenities like a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and a clean and powerful shower. The hotel even provided two bottles of water daily, which was a nice touch. Plus, there was a delicious taco place just a short walk away. a great value for the price!

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was close to many attractions in the city and within walking distance. It made it easy to explore and visit different places. the staff at the hotel were friendly and welcoming, which created a pleasant atmosphere during our stay. the restaurant in the hotel offered affordable and tasty food, saving us the trouble of finding a restaurant when we didn't feel like searching.

The air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly and emitted a constant high-pitched beep, which was quite annoying. Despite notifying the staff immediately, they did not attend to the issue during our entire stay, leaving us uncomfortable.

The terrace rooms are spacious with great views. Buffet breakfast is a decent option. Quiet location near Reforma Ave. Friendly staff.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of Reforma Avenue. The location was ideal, with famous landmarks and shopping areas within walking distance. The hotel also had a convenient restaurant/bar in the lobby, perfect for late-night dining. The service provided by the staff, especially Mr. Jose Armando Lopez, was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with directions and recommendations. The room was clean, and the hotel offered free daily cleaning and fresh towels. The hotel also had a safe in the room and free valet parking. The wifi connection was excellent. The price per night, including a cooked breakfast, was unbeatable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and value for money.

Although my stay was generally pleasant, there were a few minor drawbacks. The breakfast area had a strong smell, and the food wasn't the best.

Thin walls and noise levels. the walls in the hotel are quite thin, which can result in noise from the street and neighboring rooms being easily heard.
