I had a brilliant stay at Grand Mercure in Sao Paulo. The hotel's location was perfect for attending the Formula One Grand Prix, with the Interlagos circuit just a short train ride away. The neighborhood was upscale and convenient, and the value for money was excellent. I will definitely be returning this year. Additionally, the sister hotel, Pullman, looked equally impressive. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a very good neighborhood, close to everything you need. The Pullman hotel is right next door, offering additional amenities. Plus, the hotel is situated outside of a very substantial shopping mall, making it convenient for shopping or dining. The rooms are comfortable and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The cleaning service could be improved as there were instances where they forgot to replenish basic necessities like tea and toilet paper.

The venue is absolutely luxurious! From the service to the in-room breakfast, everything was top-notch. The Spa and wellness centre is definitely worth a visit, especially the sauna, where I felt completely relaxed and pampered. I also loved the private facilities that were available exclusively to guests, making my stay here even more special! The restaurant is highly recommended, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. Location-wise, it is perfect too, in a central, upscale neighborhood.

I must admit that I encountered a minor issue with the AC fan in my room, which reverted back to auto and shut off from time to time. However, this did not detract from my overall experience and luxury of this hotel.

The size of the rooms was perfect for a weekend stay with a great amount of natural light and comfortable modern furnishings. The breakfast choices were delicious and varied, from hot meals to fruits and juices. The hotel is located in a great spot for those looking to explore the city and has easy access to public transportation.

There was loud noise from the streets during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The windows didn't seem to seal properly, letting the noise seep in.
