The reception staff, especially Lenard, were welcoming and helpful, even upgrading our room. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. The hotel had a lovely bar and was close to train and metro stations.

From the night shift staff to the management and the Reception Desk, everyone was friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, soundproofed rooms, and a refrigerator. The bar/lounge area and restaurant were also great, offering delicious food and drinks. We also appreciated the 24-hour reception and security, as well as the free Wi-Fi. this place provided the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

The staff here are absolutely amazing, always ready to assist and make sure we had a comfortable stay. The room was spotless and the bed was so cosy, we felt like we were sleeping on a cloud.
