The location of the hotel was excellent, close to the Gravensteen tram stop and within walking distance of all the main sites. Friendly staff and a breakfast room with a charming view across the canal. The addition of a fan in the room was much appreciated as a light sleeper.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a stone's throw away from the Castle Gravensteen. The rooms offer a fantastic view of the castle and come with large, newly renovated bathrooms. The staff are very attentive and the breakfast is fantastic.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, as it was just a stone's throw away from the Castle of the Counts and the historic center. I loved being able to explore all the attractions in the heart of the city without having to travel far. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were always ready to assist me. the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from. The view from my room was lovely, overlooking a picturesque parking area. I had a fantastic experience during my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the tram line, making it easy to reach from the train station. It is also in front of the castle, offering a beautiful view. The proximity to the pedestrian area allows for easy access to shops and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the castle. The staff provided good service and the breakfast was satisfying.

The signage in the second building could be improved, as it was a bit confusing to find the rooms.

Difficult to find by car.

I recently stayed at Hotel Gravensteen for a few nights while exploring the city. The location was perfect, right across from the Castle and just a few steps away from the historic city center. My room was beautiful and spacious, with lovely views of the castle. The bed was comfortable and the windows allowed for a nice cool breeze. The breakfast served in the mornings was decent and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast was not included in the room but there was a nice restaurant conveniently located inside the hotel. The location was just perfect, great for exploring the city by foot. The room was very clean, had a lovely big shower, and a really comfortable bed. Another good aspect was the availability of complementary toiletries and water in the room.

The absence of a lift made carrying luggage up the upper floors difficult, not recommended for elderly travelers with big suitcases. The hotel was a little bit noisy at night time.
