State of the Art Room Design and Excellent Breakfast Option

The room's state of the art design with modern amenities and abundant outlets for charging devices truly impressed me. One aspect to improve upon would be the room cleaning policy, which requires advance request before 5 pm the day prior.

The location is fantastic – right in the heart of downtown Chicago, making it super easy to visit all the main attractions. the staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which was particularly appreciated after a long journey. the room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, providing a peaceful environment for relaxation. being able to leave our bags before check-in time allowed us to start exploring the city right away. the communal patio area was a lovely spot to unwind in the evenings.

While my overall experience was positive, there are a couple of aspects that could be improved. the breakfast area can get quite crowded, and it would be great to see more breakfast options available, especially for children.

The room was top-notch - super modern and decked out with all kinds of cool gadgets. Check-in was a breeze, and the breakfast spread was awesome, a real smorgasbord. Loved that the lobby was on the second floor, kept things calm and stress-free from street noise. 🌟 The TV room was a chill spot, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The fitness center was a great way to break a sweat. 🏋️ Just a tiny hiccup with the security deposit - took a bit of back and forth to get it sorted out, but nothing major in the grand scheme of things.

Step out for a stroll—if you get lost in the city, just grab a cab. So convenient! There's a cool spot with a printer, perfect for my work. A nifty dining spot is right around the corner. Stopped by the locals' go-to museum—top-notch stuff. My daily routine? Breakfast by the TV. Plenty of fun activities closeby. In a nutshell, a delightful stay in the heart of it all. Definitely coming back for more exploration!

my recent stay at home2 suites for the marathon was very enjoyable. the room had comfy bed/pillows, ample kitchen facilities, and a good breakfast spread. the location was convenient for the race and close to public transportation. overall, a clean suite with great value for the price.

the location near of many places was amazing! i could walk to all main sights. the room is fresh, spacious with a kitchenette, and sofa bed, perfect for families. the staff are friendly and helpful. Only drawback: limited breakfast options.

The breakfast is the weakest link on an otherwise very nice hotel. It is comprised by pre-packed junk food , waffles, some porridge, and basic bread. Only butter and jam, no cheese, no ham, sometimes they had milk and yogurts but not always. The food is in a very narrow and busy corridor. The juices were also awful. Basically, nothing is fresh.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because it provides excellent conference facilities and complimentary wired internet access, which were essential for my work. The 24-hour business center was convenient, and the express check-out made my departure hassle-free.

The one service that I missed for my work was the absence of a bar inside the hotel, where I usually hold informal meetings with clients and colleagues.

At my first stay, the staff helped me with my room issue at night. This place suits me perfectly. It has Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness center, kitchenette, and more. I’m definitely coming back for Christmas.

The Home2 Suites by Hilton Chicago River North was an excellent choice for my stay in Chicago. The room was fresh, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchenette and sofa bed if required. The decor was beautiful, and the movable furniture allowed for flexible use of the space. All the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay were provided, including a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay at Home2 Suites was a persisting smell in the room, possibly from the carpet. This was a slight inconvenience, but considering the overall quality of the stay, it was a minor detail that did not significantly impact our experience.

I keep coming back for holiday. From my first stay, the staff helped with suitcases. Perfect spot with Wi-Fi, Luggage storage, 24-hour reception, Bar, Fitness centre, Laundry.

I had a blast exploring the city from this conveniently located hotel. The late check-out option was a lifesaver. The complimentary Wi-Fi and cozy lobby fireplace were great.

Couldn't find an ATM machine in my room. How am I supposed to satisfy my spontaneous shopping urges?

The staff were incredibly helpful and courteous, and we appreciated the lovely view from our room. The separate work area was a great feature, and the shower was excellent. Overall, we loved the spacious room and convenient location near restaurants and attractions.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and polite, especially the male receptionist who went out of his way to assist us. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a small kitchen that had a fridge and microwave, which was a great convenience for us. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The only suggestion I have for improvement is in regards to the breakfast. It was a bit chaotic in the morning since there were limited waffle irons, causing a long wait for them.
