We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was perfect, close to all the attractions and shops in the city. The room service was top-notch, with our rooms always cleaned to perfection and fresh towels provided daily. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the cozy sitting area in the room, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The terrace with its comfortable garden furniture was also a great spot to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. the attention to detail and quality of service here were truly exceptional.

Comfy beds with slightly floppy pillows. Immaculate décor extends throughout, including the lobby and bar. Friendly staff offers a parting gift of bottled water.

The location was inconvenient for walking and felt unsafe at night. We had to rely on taking taxis to get around. The pillows were too floppy and not supportive enough which made it difficult to get comfortable while sleeping. the hotel did not meet our expectations for a Christmas getaway.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even giving us complimentary water before our flight. the location was convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation to other areas.

There was a slightly concerning feeling while walking in the surrounding area, as it seemed run down and there were some questionable characters present.

Recently stayed at The Hoxton in Brussels for my birthday and had an amazing time. The hotel offered stunning interior design, with spacious and well-designed rooms. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, adding to the special atmosphere of the hotel. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially at night. I was delighted with the free room upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel restaurant served a delicious breakfast that was worth every cent, with excellent coffee and tasty Peruvian inspired dishes. a truly memorable experience.

The comfortable beds and high-quality bedding ensure a good night's sleep.

The room cleaning and towel changing only happen every few days, which may not meet the expectations of some guests who are used to daily cleaning services.
