I keep returning for city breaks. the staff shared travel tips my first visit. Everything I need is here: Wi, Fi, parking, 24, hour reception, restaurant. Comfortable, accessible, and reliable , no regrets.

The duty manager provided me with a slightly bigger room, and the restaurant manager kindly allowed me to take food to my sick wife. Munier from room service made me feel at home, speaking Malay. the hotel’s proximity to landmarks like Al-Baqi' and Green Dome enhanced our family bonding. Despite some room issues, the staff's kindness and helpfulness made our stay enjoyable and relaxing.

The kids loved the indoor playground and game room. the family-friendly atmosphere made us feel right at home, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable vacation.

My children wanted more activities for younger kids.

Check-in was a breeze with cool drinks appreciated; staff like Ahmed and Abdul Aziz were super helpful. the spacious rooms were comfy with a well-stocked mini-bar; the elevators were fast. Overall, a great stay near the Masjid; walkable distance and near shops. the only downside was occasional noise from the hallway, but nothing that ruined the great experience. 🌟
