I loved the stylish and eco-friendly design of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and had modern amenities like Nespresso machines. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the city center and close to the main train stations. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Brussels! The location was great, as it was just next to Rogier station, making it extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel itself is in walking distance from Brussels city centre, and I even discovered a mall across the street, which was perfect for some shopping. The staff here were truly amazing, always proactive in their approach to customer service. They were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with amenities like air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a terrace to enjoy the view. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel had great facilities for working with a large diner and lounge area. The hotel's alternative look and feel created a unique ambiance that I loved. The cocktails at the bar were outstanding, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect, as it was just in front of a metro station and very close to Nord train station.

We loved the laidback vibe and the abundance of plants throughout the hotel. The selection for breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. The staff, especially Abi from reception and the lady who made us hot chocolate, were extremely attentive and friendly. The hotel provided sensor-activated hairdryers, which made it much easier for us to turn off and on, especially for those with longer nails. We also appreciated the wonderful scent of the hand wash and lotion provided. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The hotel's central location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the train station and only 50 meters from the main shopping street. Additionally, the hotel was close to a large shopping mall, offering convenient access to everything we needed. Transportation was also easily accessible, with close proximity to the rail station and metro underground station, making it convenient to explore the city.

The breakfast had good quality food and there was a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, being close to the North station, the Metro, and just a 15-minute stroll into the city center. Additionally, the room was spacious and nicely furnished.

There were a few negative aspects of my stay. The hotel staff at breakfast were not very attentive, as they did not bring drinks to the table or explain where to find the coffee pots.

Great bed and comfy rooms. Everything we needed was there, like towels and a hairdryer. the location was convenient for us, not too far from the main attractions and easy to find for taxis or if you have a car. We also enjoyed a delicious meal at the hotel's restaurant.

The housekeeping service was disappointing as our room was not refreshed for three days. the windows didn't provide enough sound insulation, so the street noise and sirens kept us awake at night.

I stayed at Hotel Indigo Brussels for five nights on a business trip. The decor was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel's location was fantastic, with a public car park right at the entrance. The staff were very nice and supportive, and the hotel was impeccably clean. I never had to wait for a table during breakfast and the bar was a great place to relax in the evening. The rooms had a good selection of TV channels and a user-friendly coffeemaker. a fantastic experience.
