the reception staff were very helpful both during check-in and check-out. the room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. the hotel's restaurant was also excellent, serving a wide variety of delicious dishes. I especially loved the breakfast, which had an amazing selection of fresh fruit, smoked salmon, different types of bread, and freshly made eggs. the location of the hotel was convenient for me as it was close to the office I was visiting. as a pet owner, I appreciated that my small dog was allowed in the bar and dining areas, and our room had direct access to the grounds, making it easy for us to take him for walks. the hotel provided a great experience and I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with a great big-screen tv. Location was great, close to the airport, and there was a free shuttle bus available to take us there. We loved the fact that we were upgraded to a big room with free drinks in the refrigerator, and we enjoyed the comfort of the jacuzzi.

Most of the hotel facilities were closed for renovation, including the gym, restaurant, and bar. This was not mentioned when we booked, and the price we paid should have reflected this big inconvenience.

the hotel's welcome, decoration, and furnishings were pleasant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. the room and bathroom were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Being on the ground floor with direct access to the grounds was convenient for our small dog. the staff allowed our dog in the bar and dining areas, so he could stay with us. the secure car park and shuttle service to the airport were great bonuses. it's an excellent stopover for long road journeys, with good food and helpful staff.
