Staff were multilingual, so convenient when I felt like practicing my Bengali. Loved the buffet breakfast, I stuffed myself like it was my last meal. The terrace was perfect for people-watching, I felt like a spy.

My room smelled so horrendous, I thought I was staying in a sewer.

The location of the hotel was great, close to plenty of food options and easy access to public transportation. the staff was exceptionally cooperative and went out of their way to help with any concerns. They even delivered a pair of forgotten shoes to our next hotel, which was incredibly helpful. the hotel restaurant served excellent Pakistani food and the breakfast was very good as well.

The rooms had limited ventilation, and some even had no windows at all. This should have been clearly mentioned when selecting rooms.

The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, with a variety of breads, fruits, and meats, along with hot dishes. The coffee and tea were of super quality and served efficiently. The hotel's location near the opera and Grand' place was jaw-droppingly convenient. The rooms were recently refurbished with comfortable beds and electronic keys. The receptionists were incredibly helpful and provided useful maps and information. There were numerous fantastic restaurants within easy striking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at La Bourse. the location is superb for tourists, with most attractions within walking distance and convenient access to public transport. the hotel staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Our family room was spacious, with a comfortable bathroom. the breakfast was delicious and the hotel building itself was beautiful. the view from our room's balcony was stunning.

If you're looking for a centrally-located hotel in the heart of the action, this place is perfect. It's conveniently situated in a pedestrianized area, just a short walk from Brussels Central train station. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The friendly staff is always ready to assist with any questions or requests. And the breakfast, which offers a variety of options, is a great way to start the day.

There was some noise from nearby bars, but it didn't significantly impact the overall positive experience.
