We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Marcel. The location was absolutely perfect, allowing us to easily explore all the attractions in the area. The room was beautifully decorated and had clever use of space, making it comfortable and cozy. We especially loved the large windows that opened to let in fresh air. The breakfast was outstanding, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The hotel also had a convenient laundromat next door, which was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. I highly recommend Hotel Marcel for a wonderful experience in Bruges.

Nearby, there is a bike hire shop, allowing families to easily rent bikes and enjoy an adventurous ride around the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with linen bedsheets that feel like sleeping on a cloud. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for bars and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious, served in brown paper bags with plenty of coffee to start the day.

There were occasional noises from the street during the night, which could disturb light sleepers.

Complimentary hot chocolate and mulled wine on arrival, plus a Christmas cookie in the room. Location was perfect with easy access to all the Christmas markets and ice rinks. the cozy fireplace in the lobby was a nice touch as well.
